Dhaka, Broadcasting News Corporation: Awami League Joint General Secretary Mahbubul Alam Hanif Friday said puja mandaps have been increased due to prevailing religious harmony across the country.
Terming Bangladesh an excellent example of religious harmony, Hanif said the people of all faiths here can perform their religious rituals freely and independently under the charismatic leadership of the Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina.

Referring to BNP-Jamaat Hanif said, “A vested quarter is out to destroy our social peace, communal harmony and mutual religious tolerance and respect in the name of politics. But our prime minister strictly handled it and maintained the harmony.”
