Bidan Das, Thakurgaon, Broadcasting News Corporation: A day-long entrepreneur fair has commenced in Thakurgaon. The fair was officially inaugurated on Friday (12 December 2025) at the premises of the Eco Social Development Organization (ESDO) office by the Country Director of the Embassy of Denmark, Valentine Ashchancho. Also present at the inaugural ceremony were Dr. Muhammad Shahid Uz Zaman, Founder and Executive Director of ESDO, along with senior officials from various donor agencies and government departments.

Forty entrepreneurs from 40 projects, operated with funding from IFAD and the Embassy of Denmark and supervised by ESDO, have set up stalls at the fair featuring various products including food items, agricultural products, handicrafts, and eco-friendly materials. The entrepreneurs stated that they are participating in the fair primarily to increase awareness of their products, market them, and establish new customers and business networks.
