We need to build a beautiful society according to Islamic laws.\u201d He made these remarks as the chief guest at a conference for party members organized by Jamaat-e-Islami in Mymensingh city on Friday, October 11, 2024. The conference was chaired by Maulana Kamrul Ahsan Emrul, the Amir of the city, and conducted by Secretary Professor Shahidullah Kaiser.<\/p>\n
Special guests included Dr. Samiul Haque Faruki, the central organizational secretary and director of the Mymensingh region; Md. Abdul Karim, Amir of Mymensingh district Jamaat and a team member of the Mymensingh region; and city Naib Amir Asaduzzaman Sohel, among others. Advocate Matiur Rahman Akand stated, \u201cAmong the proposals for state reform presented by Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami, one of them is to implement a proportional representation system in national parliamentary elections.<\/p>\n
Journalists, intellectuals, military personnel, civilians, and bureaucrats have already welcomed Jamaat. The contributions of Jamaat-e-Islami are significant in three areas as a party. No political party has been able to offer a theory regarding the electoral system.
