The message related to strengthening relations between the two countries, and was received by Saudi Foreign Minister Prince Faisal bin Farhan during a meeting with the Central African Republic’s Minister of Energy and Water Resources Arthur Bertrand Piri. During the meeting, the two officials discussed bilateral relations between the two countries and ways of enhancing them in various fields.
