The feud between Emily Gellis Lande, left, and dietician Tanya Zuckerbrot is reaching new levels.

Broadcasting News Corporation : The social media spat between influencer Emily Gellis Lande and F-Factor diet guru Tanya Zuckerbrot is getting uglier, with Zuckerbrot’s niece joining the legal fray. Jordyn Bloom, who worked for her aunt at F-Factor, claims in a new $1.5 million lawsuit that Gellis Lande falsely accused her of threats and harassment in a bid to increase her own social media following. Gellis Lande, who has 182,000 Instagram followers, maintains Bloom threatened to “knock her teeth out” while Lande was pregnant. The war of words between Gellis Lande and Zuckerbrot’s camp began in 2020, when Gellis Lande criticized Zuckerbrot’s “eat carbs… work out less” program, which has celeb fans like Megyn Kelly. Gellis Lande allegedly claimed the F-Factor diet made people sick and was poisonous, prompting Zuckerbrot to sue her for defamation.
Zuckerbrot sued Gellis Lande again in March, claiming Gellis Lande had ruined her rep. When asked for comment, Gellis Lande repeatedly accused The Post of being paid to write about the fight, and ignoring a Manhattan Federal Court lawsuit against Zuckerbrot from someone who said her web site isn’t accessible to the blind. The legal dispute has “devolved” into “fingerpointing,” said Gellis Lande’s lawyer, Henry Kaufman, who added, “We’re talking about who said worse things about whom, who did it first, who did it second, who’s responding and who’s initiating.” A lawyer for Bloom said his client didn’t threaten Gellis Lande. Bloom’s case “will not only vindicate Ms. Bloom, but also set precedent so the legal system can protect individuals from bullying, slander and libelous behavior on the internet,” attorney Steven Harfenist said.
