Ashraful Islam, Chapainawabganj Correspondent, Broadcasting News Corporation: A protest rally and road blockade program were held in Chapainawabganj demanding fair justice and legal redress for the murder of martyr Hadi.

On Friday (February 6, 2026), in the evening, after marching through various roads of the city, the protesters blocked the highway at Shanti Mor. During this time, the movement of vehicles was completely halted for about 30 minutes. As a result, long traffic jams formed on both sides of the highway, causing severe inconvenience for ordinary passengers.

During the protest, participants chanted various slogans such as “We want justice for martyr Hadi,” “We want the victory of truth,” and “The movement will continue until justice is served.” On Tararasta, they burned tires and fire while chanting slogans. Despite a long time passing since the incident in Dhaka, the justice process for martyr Hadi’s murder remains visibly unfulfilled.

Speakers said they will continue to protest on the streets until justice is ensured. They also urged the administration to conduct a rapid and impartial investigation and bring the culprits to justice under the law.
