Dhaka, Broadcasting News Corporation: On Sunday (February 8, 2026), on the occasion of the general vote and the 13th national parliamentary elections, a special information service has been launched through ATUI’s national helpline 333, in cooperation with the Bangladesh Election Commission, to ensure accurate, reliable, and verified information for citizens. The aim of this initiative is to make the election process more transparent, participatory, and citizen-friendly.

Citizens can easily obtain the necessary election-related information and assistance by calling the toll-free number 333 from any mobile operator in the country and pressing 9. Under this service, voters can learn about voting rules and procedures, the locations of polling stations, information regarding national identity cards, code of conduct during elections, voting procedures for overseas voters, special facilities for disabled, elderly, and female voters, as well as emergency instructions and essential contact numbers.
