Dhaka, Broadcasting News Corporation: The two-day Robolution 2025 and the 4th IEEE International Conference on Robotics, Automation, Artificial Intelligence & Internet-of-Things (RAAICON 2025), held from 27–28 November, concluded on a high note, celebrating Bangladesh’s accelerating journey in technology, research, and innovation.

Day 2 was marked by a dynamic blend of competitions, exhibitions, and academic activities. The much-anticipated Drone Racing Competition and Battle of Bots drew enthusiastic participation as university teams from across the country showcased outstanding engineering skills, design innovation, and competitive spirit. Simultaneously, the Poster Presentation, Project Showcase, and Robo Olympiad brought together talented young minds who demonstrated impressive problem-solving ability, creativity, and technical depth.

The IEEE conference continued in parallel with a series of technical sessions, featuring cutting-edge research presentations, insightful discussions, and keynote speeches on robotics, automation, AI, and IoT. Organized jointly by the MIST Robotics Club and the IEEE Bangladesh Section, the sessions served as a vibrant platform for researchers, academics, industry experts, and professionals to exchange knowledge and explore emerging technologies shaping the future.

The event concluded with a closing ceremony attended by the Engineer-in-Chief (E-n-C) Major General Md. Hasan Uz Zaman, ndu, afwc, psc, MPhil, who graced the occasion as the Chief Guest. In his remarks, he highlighted the critical role of innovation and leadership in national development and encouraged the youth to push boundaries and embrace new challenges. He expressed deep appreciation to the judges, organizers, sponsors, and volunteers for their dedication and teamwork, which ensured the event’s success. He also reaffirmed MIST’s continued commitment to advancing research and technological excellence, noting that future editions of Robolution and RAAICON will further inspire and empower the next generation of innovators.

Robolution and RAAICON 2025 concluded with renewed optimism and a strengthened determination to build a technologically advanced Bangladesh. The event once again highlighted the immense talent of the nation’s youth and underscored the importance of collaborative platforms in driving innovation, research, and national progress
